Restrictions at the Vehicle Registration Office and the Neustadt Local Administration Office
The IT problems of the past few days have caused a significant backlog at the vehicle registration office. As a result, appointments scheduled for today, Thursday, October 1, starting at 3:00 p.m. have been canceled.
Affected residents will be notified and asked to schedule a new appointment through the online appointment booking system.
Some local government offices also experienced intermittent IT issues today. At the Neustadt local government office, troubleshooting is still underway; the affected services cannot yet be provided there. Here, too, residents are asked to schedule a new appointment using the online appointment booking system.
The city administration deeply regrets the repeated disruptions and last-minute appointment cancellations and apologizes to the affected residents.
