Service point of the childcare reception area
Your contact for general questions about the allocation of daycare places. If you have questions about specific individual cases, e.g., about the allocation of points for employer references or the payment of parental contributions, the responsible administrator in the admissions department will call you back.
If the service center is unable to answer a call due to high call volume, the service center staff will call back (provided, of course, that the caller's number is not withheld).
