The official site plan is, for example, part of a building permit application. Upon request, the building department prepares this map as an extract from the city base map. The city base map is based on the official real estate map from the state’s surveying and cadastral administration and supplements it with planning-relevant details of the city’s topography. Important Information Regarding Requests for Proof of Ownership
When planning offices (architects) request a site plan with proof of ownership for a building permit application to be submitted, they act as authorized representatives of the parties responsible for the construction.
For other inquiries regarding owner information in connection with a site plan, as stipulated in Section 13(2) of the State Law on Official Surveying (LGVerm), you must demonstrate a legitimate interest in obtaining this data.
